Can I get a refund?
Yes, ask within 14 days. We refund a $5 report if it wasn't delivered, has a real error, or isn't what we described. An unused 10-pack gets a full refund. Once a pack credit is used, the rest stay in your account and never expire. See the refund policy.
How does the free recheck work?
After you or your web person make the fixes, click Recheck on your report within 7 days. We check the same items again and show what's now fixed. It's included, so there's nothing extra to pay.
What do you check?
Only your public pages: the padlock (secure connection), the always-secure setting, copycat-page protection, browser safety settings, login cookies, insecure files, and leaked passwords or keys. We never log in, try to break in, or change anything.
Do you fix my site for me?
